Return & Exchange Policy – Tricia Pucci
At Tricia Pucci, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. Our shop features original artwork, printed tote bags, and phone cases. If you receive a damaged item or something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- The item must not be a sale item or fall under any non-returnable category listed below

Returns must be approved first. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect and contact us immediately at tpucci@triciapucci.com. We’ll arrange an exchange if the claim is valid.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly offer an exchange for the same item.
If you want a different size, style, or design, you may return the eligible item (with approval) and make a new purchase separately.
EU Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges are allowed, and only for items that are defective or incorrect.
If an exception is made and a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your financial institution to complete the process.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at tpucci@triciapucci.com.
